On a
beautiful autumn day, a field of 33 ladies from 10 District Clubs contested this event
at Lancefield. The course was well presented, the hospitality superb and the players
eager to meet the challenges. This event
evolved out of Club events held for players with handicaps of 30+. It became a
Dalhousie Event, and changed to 27+ to cater for those players new to the game, plus
those eager for the few opportunities offered to players with higher handicaps. This
